An evening of Poetry and Music with The Spring Poets. Published poets of the South, Andrew Bailey, Denise Bennett, Robyn Bolam, Stephen Boyce, John Haynes, Robert Hull, Ruth Marden, Maggie Sawkins and Chris Sparkes will be joined by musicians Nick Molyneux (guitar) and Barney MacDonagh (button accordion) for an evening of diverse lyrical entertainment.

Writing for your Life is a rolling programme of workshops which aims to assist those in recovery from substance misuse.

These two themed workshops are for beginner and intermediate writers. It costs £12 per session or £20 for two.
The workshops will be help on the 4th and the 11th August 2012 from 2.30 – 5.30pm in the Art Stop Café, Eastney Community Centre, Bransbury Park, Eastney, Portsmouth.

This course is for anyone wishing to take a dive into the fascinating world of words. Each session includes writing exercises and discussion of contemporary poets.
